All BBPS services are provided through authorized partners and operating units as per applicable regulatory guidelines.

3. Eligibility

To use Insta2Pay services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. User Registration & Account

  • Users must register with valid personal/business details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed as your responsibility.

Insta2Pay shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused due to user negligence.

5. KYC & Verification

  • Users and retailers are required to complete KYC verification as per applicable laws.
  • Insta2Pay reserves the right to verify documents and seek additional information if required.
  • Submission of false or misleading information may result in rejection or termination of services.

6. Service Activation & Suspension

  • Services are enabled only after successful verification and approval.
  • Insta2Pay reserves the right to suspend or disable services in case of:
  • Regulatory non-compliance
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect or incomplete KYC
  • Violation of these Terms

7. Fees & Charges

  • Applicable service charges, convenience fees, or commissions will be communicated separately.
  • Insta2Pay reserves the right to revise fees at any time with or without prior notice.

8. Transactions & Settlement

  • Transaction processing depends on banking partners, payment networks, and service providers.
  • Insta2Pay is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party systems.
  • Users must verify transaction details before confirmation.

9. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed as per partner and biller policies.
  • Transaction disputes must be raised within the prescribed timeline through official support channels.
  • Insta2Pay’s decision on disputes shall be final, subject to applicable laws.

10. User Obligations

Users agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Insta2Pay, NPCI, RBI, or partners
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or suspicious transactions
  • Attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on Insta2Pay are the property of ARUMATECH INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Insta2Pay shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses due to system downtime, network failure, or third-party service issues
  • User errors or incorrect transaction inputs

Use of services is at the user’s own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insta2Pay and its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of services
  • Breach of applicable laws

14. Privacy

Use of Insta2Pay services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
